PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a processing time becomes long due to deterioration in the hit ratio of a cache when processing such as line interpolation is performed, after the decoding of a frame is completed. SOLUTION: The data processor is provided with a means including an input part 101 which divides data inputted to a plurality of blocks and outputs them and a decoding part 102, a means including a processing part 104 within a block to performs data processing by using at least the data within the block for each block outputted, and a means including an interblock processing part 106 to perform data processing by using the data of the different blocks.
