PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the separation fall and collapse fall of concrete occurring currently in concrete structure for railroads. SOLUTION: By stretching a stainless net to a form surface at a part that may be subjected to fall by separation, collapse, or the like in a future concrete surface before placing the concrete of reinforced concrete as in the Shinkansen that is vibrated severely, the surface part of the reinforced concrete structure is reinforced, thus preventing the separation fall and collapse fall.
