PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the installation efficiency of a stopper member for restricting offset of an upper boom, by arranging the stopper member on an upper side of an offset cylinder connecting pin. SOLUTION: An offset cylinder 17 is arranged between a lower boom 8 and an upper boom 13 via the connecting pins 18, 21. When civil engineering works using a breaker 29 are carried out, upper portions of the connecting pins 18, 21 are connected together by a rod stopper 31. Thus, the upper boom 13 can be restricted from rightward and leftward offsetting by the rod stopper 31, which prevents the arm 27 and the like from being rotated at an offset location, to thereby prevent the breaker 29 from interfering with a front side of a cab 4. Further, the installation of the rod stopper 31 can be easily carried out from the upper side of the connecting pins 18, 21.
