PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contrive to produce effect such as reduction in the number of component parts by using an adhesive like a solder as a means for fixing an actuator base to a pickup housing after adjusting the tilt of an objective lens. SOLUTION: A plurality of pins 200 are projectingly provided on the upper face of a pickup housing 210, and are also fitted to the plural openings 201 provided in the overhang part of the actuator base 174 which constitutes the bottom of an objective lens actuator 160, so that the tilt of the objective lens is adjusted; and then, with an adhesive 202 filled between the plural pins and the openings, the actuator base is fixedly stuck to the pickup housing.
