PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter for controlling operation of the power supply of an air conditioner by means of a sensor which can control input and output by coupling a function for sensing the extent of hazardous gas, a function for turning power on/off and a function for supplying drive power electrically and mechanically and integrating them into one small board. SOLUTION: A gas detection control circuit board 1 is inserted into the central part between an input power supply plug 3 and an output power supply receptacle 4. A composite gas sensor 5 located at the end of the circuit board comprises an air contact window 5a formed of several small holes for detecting contamination gas smoothly, a detection reference setting volume 8 for adjusting the working range of the composite gas sensor, a buzzer 7 and an LED 6'. Power is supplied from the input power supply plug through internal lines to the detection control circuit board connected with the output receptacle through internal lines. |
