PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and reliable semiconductor device that has no noise, and at the same time saves electric power extremely. SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 10 is composed of an electronic device 20, and an electronic circuit 30 containing a power supply 31 and an electronic component 32. The electronic device 20 includes an electronic function element 21 that achieves a specific function by an electric power or an electric signal that is supplied from the electronic circuit 30, and a thermoelectric conversion element 22 that is provided closely to the electronic function element 20 and converts heat energy that is generated by the electronic function element 21 to electric one. The heat energy that is generated by the electronic function element 31 is transferred to the thermoelectric conversion element 22, and the thermoelectric conversion element 22 converts the transferred heat energy to the electric one for feeding back to the electronic component 32 in the electronic circuit 30 as the electric power. |
