PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device in which a capacitance element is driven stably by preventing generation of noise of a reading signal. SOLUTION: Picture elements are formed on a substrate by arranging at least an active element, a capacitance element, and signal wirings for outputting electric charges stored in the capacitance element. In the photoelectric conversion device provided with picture element electrodes and at least a photoelectric conversion layer laminated on the capacitance element, a conducting layer is disposed between at least the picture element electrodes and the signal wiring.
