PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching condition detecting device capable of renewing threshold values to be proper values. SOLUTION: The threshold values used for judging the conditions of switches 7, 9 are renewed in accordance with voltage values actually detected corresponding to the conditions of the switches 7, 9. The voltage values, if changed due to the initial dispersion of parts, the change of an atmospheric temperature and the secular deterioration of the parts, can be renewed to be the corresponding threshold values.
