PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily conduct the control of the top-end height and concrete thickness of concrete placed on a ground and the inspection of placed thickness accurately. SOLUTION: In the top-end height control and thickness inspection tool 11, a flat surface 13 is formed at one end of a main body 12 being formed of plastics or the like and having a truncated cone shape while a hollow inserting section 14 is formed at an end section on the reverse side of the main body, and a female screw 15 is formed near the opening of the hollow inserting section. The flat surface 13 is formed as a reference plane in case of level measurement while fitting recessed sections 16a, 16b, into which the front ends of a minus screwdriver and a hexagon wrench as fixtures are fitted, are formed. The hollow inserting section 14 is formed in size larger than the diameter of a mounting member not shown so that the front end of the mounting member is forwarded and retracted freely while the female screw 15 in the vicinity of the opening is screwed to a male screw formed at the front end of the mounting member.
