PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission system where paths are set, data are transmitted from a sender side node to a receiver side node, increase in data traffic is suppressed and the probability of arrived data can be enhanced. SOLUTION: A relay node B (4) as well as a receiver side node 2 checks and discards same data, the arrival of data is confirmed between nodes and only the receiver side node executes sequential control.
