PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arranged meeting with a prospective marriage partner utilizing Internet communication and an ISDN communication channel and a business model for its management method where the Internet environment is two-way communication means by which a user can transmit/receive a message to/from the world and an arranged meeting program obtains a good match from a video conference system and this program is conscious of abroad rather than a domestic source. SOLUTION: There is no technical problem at all. The engagement itself is cancelled when words of both parties cannot be understood. The program employs an interpreter and buildup of the environment for daily foreign language study has been requested to worldwide governments with the Japanese government. Employing man and woman memberships visiting foreign countries in this program for teachers of foreign languages allows the memberships to establish a firm and stable life basis in the visiting countries.
