PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable helical antenna, which can be inexpensively produced by a simple process and can be thinned/miniaturized, and a producing method therefor. SOLUTION: This method is provided with a base material forming step for making an outer peripheral surface 9a of a base material 9 almost into circumferential surface and an antenna line forming step for forming antenna lines 13, 13a and 13b by spirally plotting a conductive viscous member 29 with a central axis CL of the circumferential surface as a center in respect to the outer peripheral surface 9a of the base material 9.
