PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the loss equivalent resistance in an inductive element which is formed by winding a coil layer in a plane. SOLUTION: The conductor constituting one-turn current path of a coil layer 12 is divided into three or more divided conductor sections 12d1, 12d2, and 12d3 in the widthwise direction by slits 12c extended along the current path, and the widths of the outermost and innermost divided conductor sections 12d1 and 12d2 are made narrower than that of the divided conductor section 12d3. Therefore, the occurrence of eddy current losses in the coil layer 12 can be reduced.
