PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the write-in time of data by rewriting all data en bloc when the same data or the like are written in all memory cells. SOLUTION: A micro-processor outputs a word line control signal WC to a row decoder 7 based on a clear-command. The word line control signal WC is delayed by delay sections between blocks 15, 16, and data is written successively in blocks B1-B3 with time difference. A data input buffer 13 and block B1 inverters TF1, TF2 of the block B1 are functioned as a buffer for write-in in a memory cell S of a block B2 of a block B2 and data is written. In a memory cell S of a block B3, the data input buffer 13 and inverters TF1, TF2 of the block B1, B2 are functioned as a buffer for write-in and data are written.
