PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test piece mounting jig capable of setting a test piece accurately, stably without fail on a prescribed position in an enclosed space, and a half-dipping stress corrosion crack testing device equipped therewith. SOLUTION: This test piece mounting jig for a half-dipping stress corrosion crack test is equipped with a hooking angle part 4 for mounting on a projection or a ring formed on the outside surface of a dripping tube 9 in a flask 12, a test piece acceptance part 3 for accepting the stress corrosion crack test piece, and a connecting rod 5 for connecting the hooking angle part to the test piece acceptance part. The jig has a shape capable of suspending so that only a bent part of the stress corrosion crack test piece is dipped into corrosive liquid in the flask, and preventing direct adhesion of the corrosive liquid dripped from the dripping tube on the stress corrosion crack test piece. This half-dipping stress corrosion crack testing device is equipped with one or more test piece mounting jigs for the half-dipping stress corrosion crack test.
