PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized ventilation device for inhibiting the move of foul odor that is generated at one portion of a building to another site. SOLUTION: Fresh air is blown out of a supply opening 50 that is provided at the inside of a housing 1 in a plan view, at the same time air in a room is sucked by a plurality of intake ports 43 that are provided near the outer- periphery end of the housing 1, and the intake ports 43 are installed at each room, thus sucking foul odor being generated at one room by the intake ports 43 of that room and hence preventing the foul odor from moving to another room, preventing air from flowing from one room to the adjacent room, and hence preventing foul odor being generated at one portion of the housing 1 from moving to another site.
