PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion quantity regulating device that needs a small number of CPU ports and has a simple circuit constitution with a small number of parts and facilitated regulating work. SOLUTION: Combustion quantity signals are increased or decreased according to the operation of a combustion quantity signal regulating means, and the maximum and minimum values are stored in a nonvolatile storage means. Thereby, the maximum and minimum values can be regulated respectively by a single regulating means.
