PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufacturable rag bolt structure by reducing the number of parts while securing a function as a rag bolt. SOLUTION: The rag bolt is provided with a shank-shaped bolt part 10 and a plate body 20 connected to the tip side of the bolt part 10 by caulking rotationally to the bolt part, and the plate part 20 is formed into a rag plate having claw parts 22 directly formed by pressing. A projection part 15 is formed in the center on the tip end side of the bolt part 10, and in the caulking work, the bolt part 10 and the plate body 20 are connected together by applying plastic deformation to the projection part 15.
