PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate a shaft, and simplify the whole pump by rotating a part of a casing in a casing rotary type pump. SOLUTION: A cylindrical rotary body 10 is rotatably installed in an opening part between a channel wall 50 of a channel casing 39 and a diffuser wall 51 via a seal bearing part 12. An impeller 11 is installed on the inner periphery of the rotary body 10 to send out water from a diffuser by rotating. A connecting part 14 is arranged on the outer periphery of the rotary body 10 to be connected to a gear 15. The gear 15 meshes with a gear 17 directly connected to a motor 16 to rotatably drive the rotary body 10. A rotary part is only the rotary body 10 of a part of the casing, and the shaft is obviated to simplify a pump structure.
