SOLUTION: The pressure regulator for a fuel supply system comprises, a valve support having a valve retained via a holder at the lower end of a valve support body formed in an internal axial region of a pressure receiving pipe part, and a subassembly structure as a fuel feeder coupled to the valve. support. The subassembly structure comprises a body member integrally formed out of a connection end face having the same wall thickness and the same inside and outside diameters as an open end face of the pressure receiving pipe part and with a flange portion; a guide plate integrally coupled to a valve seat pipe on the pressure receiving surface side of diaphragms; a spring guide integrally coupled to the valve seat pipe on the pressure discharging surface side of the diaphragms; and a metal cover having a caulking portion for caulking the circumferential edge of the diaphragms integrally along with a flange end face of the body member and storing a coil spring pressed against the spring guide.
