PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly inject slurry into a porous material. SOLUTION: In a slope stabilizing work, a porous material layer A is installed by applying or spraying a permeable material made by mixing a self- hardening adhesive with aggregate having a particle size necessary for imparting permeability to a slope B such as a slope face. The slurry C serving as a cultivation base material is infilled from a hole 4, formed in such a manner as to go from the surface of the porous material layer inward, in the appropriate position thereof.
