PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-modified styrenic resin composition which has excellent transparency and can suitably be processed into a sheet by a calendering method, and to provide the sheet thereof. SOLUTION: This rubber-modified styrenic resin composition characterized by comprising (A) 100 pts.wt. of a rubber-modified styrenic resin prepared by dispersing a softening component consisting mainly of a rubbery elastomer in a continuous phase comprising a styrene-(meth)acrylate-based copolymer and (B) 0.15 to 5 pts.wt. of additives comprising 0.02 to 2.0 pts.wt. of an ester compound, 0.05 to 1.8 pts.wt. of a higher fatty acid metal salt, 0 to 0.7 pt.wt. of a higher fatty acid, and 0.05 to 0.7 pt.wt. of a phosphate, and the sheet of the rubber-modified styrenic resin composition.
