ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE ELEMENT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence element in which injection efficiency of hole is enhanced by making a work function of positive electrode large and in which a low voltage of element driving voltage is made possible. SOLUTION: This is concerning the organic electroluminescence element which is formed by being equipped with an organic luminous layer 3 between a positive electrode 6 and a negative electrode 1. In this material, the work function becomes larger by the acid treatment not less than 0.5 eV than that before the treatment as for the positive electrode 6.
