SOLUTION: This turbo machine includes plural blade stages on a passage of an air flow or a gas flow limited by a symmetrical wall part running along a shaft of the turbo machine, and is featured in that the wall part 10 has an opening part 13 for communicating with a cavity 11 of an almost symmetrical structure on the outside of the air flow, the cavity is connected to at least one pipe 4, and a symmetrical property weakening means is installed in the cavity as a partial shape of a pipe 15 installed in the pipe 4 so as to partially project, for example, in the cavity 11.
