PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for mediation which enable buyers and sellers to easily make requests and tender bids and also enables the buyers to examine the sellers by comparison. SOLUTION: The mediation device 10 is equipped with a registration means for the sellers and buyers, an input means for ordering information on the buyers, a means for displaying to the sellers only the ordering information except identification on the buyers, a means for inputting tender information by the sellers for the ordering information, a means which displays a list of the tender information to the buyers, and a means for notifying the seller that a buyer desires of a negotiation request including information on the buyer. Consequently, the buyer and seller can easily make a request and tender a bid, and the buyer can easily examine the seller by comparison. |
