PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shipping credit fluidizing method which actualizes the fluidization of shipping credit by non-recourse giving no credit complement, etc., as to ship finance which is difficult before. SOLUTION: This method consists of a stage for transferring credit, such as loan credit, ship rental charge credit, an insurance credit claim, and a ship mortgage, regarding ships that a finance company owns together to a spcial- purpose company(SPC) as a foreign corporation through a computer in the form of electronic data, a stage where the special-purpose company pays the transfer value, a stage where a credit company sets a mortgage for the credit regarding the ships, and a stage where the credit company sets senior loan to the special-purpose company and the finance company sets junior loan to the special-purpose company. |
