摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide service managing method/system for automatically estimating service quality for each service and generating a service-managing report submitted to an operator or a customer, based on the setting of service constitution information, a service level contract and the service level managing report. SOLUTION: Combination information on a network unit and service is kept as service constitution information and information on service quality contracted with the customer to whom service is supplied is kept as service level contract information. Alarm information is collected from the network unit, is accumulated and service quality is estimated in a service unit supplied to the customer based on alarm information, service constitution information and service level contract information. The service level managing report is generated in an output file format, which is set and it is submitted to the operator or the customer via a network system.
