PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method for manufacturing a slip-ring assembly in which a disadvantage of a winding ring technology of already known is overcome while maintaining an economical advantage of a winding ring technology for an integrated ring technology. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing process of the winding ring for slip-ring assembly, the assembly is heated in order to expand a gap between end parts of slip rings. Subsequently, an electro-conductive material is used, and fills up the gap of the extended gap, and guarantees the compression of the electro- conductive material, and prevents the crack of the material. The filled up gap is electroplated using noble metal, and a layer of material of uniformed hardness, abrasion resistance, electro-conductivity, and environmental resistance is formed in surroundings of the whole circumference of the slip ring. |
