PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material and a shape of a water passing tube realizing the beautiful appearance, safety, and the reduction of cost when the water passing tube through which circulating water from a water circulation device of swimming pool water flows is laid in a pool. SOLUTION: A soft thermoplastic resin is used as the material of the water passing tube, and its shape is like a triangular column causing no clearance between a swimming pool inner wall and it.
