PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem such that an initializing signal can not be outputted to an internal circuit in the case of immediately starting the power supply voltage of a voltage source again concerning a conventional internal initializing circuit. SOLUTION: This internal initializing circuit is provided with a voltage source 1, mutually serially connected plural P channel transistors 31-3n connecting respective sources with a well and commonly connecting gates to a ground part 2 and an N channel transistor 4 connecting a drain and a gate to the drain of the P channel transistor 3n.
