SOLUTION: This device is provided with a receiving means for receiving outputted data, a payment recognition means for recognizing the payment of money, and a control means for performing control so that the reception of the data by the receiving means is changed from an inhibition state to a permission state regardless of the sum of paid money when the payment recognition means recognizes that the money is paid.
