PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain natural movement of screen picture by the pressing operation conventionally used for the digital operation. SOLUTION: A detection element composed of a resistor 40 and a conductive member 50 for outputting analog signals corresponding to the pressing operation of the operator 11 is provided and the analog signals outputted from the detection element are level-divided by a level division part 15 and converted into multilevel digital signals corresponding to the output level in an A/D conversion part 16. Further, the digital signals outputted from the A/D conversion part 16 are level-shifted and outputted based on a corresponding standard set beforehand by a level correction part 17.
