PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire wound part and its manufacturing method of winding a wire on a bobbin and connecting it to terminals provided to the bobbin by the use of a winding head which is possessed of a nozzle feeding and guiding a wire, rotated, and moved in three-dimensional directions, where the wire is prevented from getting thinner or cut due to stress generated when an outer lead wire is connected to the terminal or tensile strain generated when the bobbin is thermally expanded. SOLUTION: A wire material 2 fed from a nozzle 6c is interlinked with a loose part forming means 5 moved to a prescribed position to form loose parts 4 and 40 between a part of the wire material 2 tied and connected to the terminal and another part of the wire material 2 wound on the bobbin 1, and wire stringed parts 4a and 40a where a wire is strained respectively are disposed in parallel with the loose parts 4 and 40 so as to absorb tensile stress imposed on the wire material. |
