<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wave range finder which takes in reception signal at high sensitivity. SOLUTION: A transmission microwave pulse signal S1 is intermittently generated from a microwave generating circuit 1, and an electric wave is transmitted through an antenna 4 based on the transmission microwave pulse signal, with reception of electric wave performed with the antenna 4. The reception signal received with antenna 4 is amplified with a microwave amplifying circuit 17 and then sampled with a sampling circuit 3 before being converted into a low-frequency signal. The microwave amplifying circuit 17 performs amplification with a power-source voltage V1 in synchronous with sampling by the sampling circuit 3.</p> |
