SOLUTION: In either case of when the article information is transmitted via an electronic mail (201) or when the article information is transmitted by using a site (207 and 208), the received article information is transmitted to a transmission destination registered to the mailing list by the electronic mail (203) and stored in an accessible state by using the site (204).</p> |
