<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a first orifice 83 as a throttle part to throttle oil flowing quantity by restricting a diameter in a second oil passage 45 as one oil passage and a by-pass valve 92 to increase an oil flow rate by by-passing the first orifice 83 at the time when hydraulic pressure of the second oil passage 45 exceeds a specified value by branching an oil passage connected to a discharge port in an internal combustion engine from an oil pump at least into two systems in the middle of it. SOLUTION: It is possible to increase hydraulic pressure at low rotation up to necessary pressure only by providing a throttle part without improving performance of the oil pump. Consequently, it is possible to restrain weight increase and cost increase in the case of improving performance of the oil pump, and it is possible to prevent output loss of the internal combustion engine due to friction increase of the oil pump without increasing the number of rotation of the oil pump. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent excessive pressure increase of the oil passage by the by-pass valve.</p> |
