PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always agitate liquid while continuously supplying the liquid, and to easily install an agitating mechanism without complicating a structure of a syringe. SOLUTION: A piston rod 25 for supporting a piston 42 is reciprocated to supply the liquid by a prescribed quantity to the outside of the syringe 26 from second and fourth ports 29 and 31 by alternately pressurizing both sides for sandwiching the piston 42 inside of the syringe 26. A pair of agitators 47 and 48 are rotatably arranged on both sides for sandwiching the piston 42 on the inside of the syringe 26. Magnets 55 and 56 for generating a magnetic field in the radial direction of the syringe 26 are built in the agitators 47 and 48. Agitator driving rings 49 and 50 having magnets 59 and 60 are rotatably arranged on the outer periphery of the syringe 26. The agitator driving rings 49 and 50 are rotated so that the agitators 47 and 48 are rotated from the outside of the syringe 26 by using magnetic force of the magnets 55, 56, 59 and 60.
