PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time for communication by reducing communication overheads. SOLUTION: In a system, consisting of a first station for performing poling and refreshing request in a prescribed period by using a serial transmission bus and plural second stations for answering to the first station, the first station sets an answering order from the second stations in advance, to perform the poling and refreshing request omitting address designation to the second stations, and each second station confirms a prescribed order and answers it.
