PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a barrier from being ruptured even when force in a peeling direction different from the moving direction of the barrier is exerted on the barrier. SOLUTION: This device is provided with the barrier 1 moving nearly in parallel with the surface of an armor member, a supporting member 4 directly or indirectly fixed on the armor member and engaged with a part of the back surface of the barrier so as to relatively slide to the barrier, a guide member 3 engaged with the supporting member so as to relatively slide, extended in parallel with the moving direction of the barrier and fixed on the barrier, and plural fixing members 7a to 7d fixing the guide member and the barrier. Then, the plural fixing members are arranged so that respective intervals between them may be non-uniform.
