PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature rise of used total space by reducing exhaust heat, to enable to change a cooling medium easily and to reduce running cost. SOLUTION: A cool air supplying unit is provided with a box body container 2 stored with the cooling medium of such as ice and chilled water, a container flow-in valve 3 and a container flow-out valve 4 arranged to the box body container 2, a box body housing part 6 formed on a cool air supplying box body 1 and stores the box body container 2 enabling the putting in and out of the box body container 2 freely, a box body flow-out valve 7 and a box body flow-in valve 8 communicating with the container flow-out valve 3 and the container flow-in valve 4 of the box body container 2 stored in the box body housing part 6, a circulation pipe 10 of which both ends are connected to the box body flow-in valve 8 and the box body flow-out valve 7, a circulation pump 11 and an heat exchanging part 12 arranged to the circulation pipe 10, and a fan 13 discharging cool air chilled by the heat exchanging part 12 from a blow-out hole 16.
