PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for floor heating which has a heating element within and also has a cavity inside and stores the lead wire of the heating element in this cavity and is easy of execution work, and also can prevent the moisture contained in the ground under a floor from entering the cavity after work execution. SOLUTION: A cut 40 in the shape of constituting the consecutive three sides a, b, and c of rectangle is made at the place facing the cavity 8 of rear face material 6, and the rear face materials are continued inside and outside the cut, at the section (d) constituting the residual one side of the square. Hereby, the panel is constituted into a cover part where the inner part of the cut is capable of opening and closing. Moreover, a perforation 44 is made in the rear face material along the section constituting the residual one side of the above rectangle.
