PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To demonstrate predetermined air conditioning capability stably and moderate limitation in installation of a header by preventing a liquid refrigerant from flushing. SOLUTION: A compressor (12), an outdoor heat exchanger (14), a liquid receptor (16), a plurality of indoor expansion valves (19), and a plurality of indoor heat exchangers (20) are connected, and at least a refrigerator circuit (21) is provided for refrigerating cycle operation. The respective indoor heat exchangers (20) are connected with each other in parallel, and each indoor expansion valve (19) is provided, paired with the indoor heat exchanger (20). A supercooling heat exchanger (17) is provided between the liquid receiver (16) and the liquid side header (22) in the refrigerant circuit (21) for supercooling a high pressure refrigerant before it is reduced in pressure. The supercooling heat exchanger (17) heat exchanges between the high pressure refrigerant flowing from the liquid receptor (16) to the indoor expansion valve (19) and the refrigerant flowing from the indoor heat exchanger (20) to the compressor (12) to supercool the high pressure refrigerant.
