PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infant apron free from the problem of the staining of the wear and floor by any material spilled by the infant. SOLUTION: The lower part of a base fabric 2 is folded to form a holding part 3 and a water-absorbing paper 8 is attached to the surface of the base fabric 2 with a clip 7. Even if a food such as soup containing a large amount of water and ingredients is spilled by the infant, a certain amount of water is absorbed by the water-absorbing paper 8 and the remaining water and ingredients which cannot be absorbed by the paper 8 are held in the absorbing part 9.
