PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner which can achieve such objectives as to (a) remove contaminants on the surface of glass products, (b) remove mildews, (c) remove oily contaminants and (d) enhance the detergency of a chemical detergent with a same composition, prevents the generation of static electricity, facilitates the removal of contaminants, is safe, and is scarcely dangerous. SOLUTION: This cleaner utilizes such characteristics of an alcohol extract of a balsam as the antistatic effect, bactericidal activity, proteolytic action, and neutral pH.
