PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphatic polyester-based resin composition having high mechanical strength in molding at a high temperature and good malleability in various moldings including blow molding, improved in mechanical characteristics (particularly vertical tear strength) and excellent in biodegradability. SOLUTION: This biodegradable mulching film for agriculture is obtained by molding an aliphatic polyester-based resin composition composed of (a) a dehydration condensing type aliphatic polyester resin and/or (b) polylactone and (c) diatomaceous earth and treated y radiation exposure.
