PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stereoscopic image display panel which enables a viewer to view stereoscopic images without mounting any tools at all and may be inexpensively manufactured and a stereoscopic image display device consisting of this stereoscopic image display panel. SOLUTION: This stereoscopic image display panel in one embodiment is constituted by forming an image projecting means 2 which is formed with multiple pixels 21 in prescribed array on one surface of a transparent substrate 4 of a prescribed thickness and a shutter means 3 which is disposed with a pair of shutter elements 31 opening and closing to the right and left so as to face the respective pixels 21 of the image projecting means 2 on the other surface thereof. An excellent effect may be obtained if the pixels 21 are organic electroluminescence elements and if the shutter elements 31 comprise liquid crystal elements.
