PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a postage tabulation system capable of remarkably saving preparation of lists such as a butt list with a post office and a report list to business headquarters. SOLUTION: The postage counting system automatically creates a postage submission form to be submitted to the post office together with postpaid mails to be transmitted and is characterized by providing a data input means to read postage data for any time postpaid from a host system, a data storage part to store the postage data read by the data input part, a data output means to create and output the postage submission form in which the postage is filled by every kind of mails by every post office regarding the postpaid mails to be transmitted based on the data from the data storage part. |
