摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical conductive antireflection film, capable of attaining the reduction of reflected light and the enhancement of contrast, imparting superior antistatic performance and electromagnetic wave shielding capability, which is less liable to changes in the reflectance and resistance before and after heat treatment in a sealing step or an evacuation step, less liable to peel even when formed on a glass substrate whose light transmittance is high and having low reflectance of the rear face and to provide a glass panel for a cathode-ray tube with the antireflection film formed on the outer surface of the face part. SOLUTION: The electrical conductive antireflection film includes five layers formed on a substrate, namely a transparent layer whose refractive index is 1.4-2.3 and geometric thickness is 0.5-250 nm as a first layer, a second layer based on a transition metal nitride, a transparent layer whose refractive index is 1.4-2.3 and geometric thickness is 0.5-100 nm as a third layer and a fourth layer based on a transition metal carbonitride or a transition metal oxycarbonitride in this order from the substrate side and further has a transparent layer whose refractive index is 1.4-1.6 and geometric thickness is 50-140 nm as an outer layer on the outside of the fourth layer.
