PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel which decreases reflection from a transparent conductive film, which also functions as a liquid crystal display and which is excellent in visibility and coloring property. SOLUTION: In the touch panel disposed in the front of a field effect type liquid crystal cell and having a transparent conductive film between an input operation face and the liquid crystal cell, a polarizing plate 9 having the absorption axis in the direction relating to the liquid crystal cell, a 1/2 wavelength plate 8 and a 1/4 wavelength plate 7 are successively disposed from the input operation face to the transparent conductive film. |
