PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera having a key that protects secrecy of recorded contents photographed by a digital camera or a digital movie camera or the like and can securely and effectively protect a photographed recording image in the same sense as that of a conventional photographing. SOLUTION: A keyhole is provided on a digital camera or a digital movie camera, and a secrecy protection recording hardware key is externally mounted, and by mounting the key, an image can be recorded on a recording medium of the camera with encryption in real time at the same time of photographing or the image can be communicated/transferred to other device. Furthermore, digital signal contents recorded or transferred to a tape or a disk or the like by this secret recording method are recorded by a common specification unit but no reproduction/edit is available without the same key. On the other hand, without the key, the camera can be used as a general digital camera or digital movie camera with conventional specifications. |
